Exhibitor Link and Discount Codes

A special exhibitor registration link and discount codes will be sent to the Sponsor/Exhibitor contact; one code for the full Technical registration and a second code for the booth staff.

This special link and codes must be used to receive a name badge and EXHIBITOR ribbon. The ribbon will allow access to the Exhibit Hall before and after hours for setting up and taking down. Badges are required inside the convention center at all times.

Note 1: Exhibitor customers and clients may register under the ATTENDEES registration, through the Exhibit Hall Only category. They will receive a name badge and access to the Exhibit Hall during open hours only. They will NOT receive an exhibitor ribbon. Cost: $25 per day

Note 2: Family members may be registered as Companions, with a Companion Club registration (a fee applies) or with a Basic Badge (no charge, within your own registration).

Note 3: Anyone under the age 18 is considered a Minor and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A minor release form will need to be completed and submitted before obtaining a badge for anyone under the age of 18.
