Call for Volunteers

We are in need of volunteers to help make EMC+SIPI 2024 run as smoothly as possible. Previous year’s volunteers have made the event a success.

We welcome new and past volunteers to help with the following positions:

• Help with Registration
• Collect tickets and direct traffic at the Welcome Reception, and Gala Events
• Host Poster Papers
• Monitor Exhibit Hall Demonstrations
• Monitor Technical Papers, Workshops, and Tutorials
• Man the Speaker Ready Room

Participating as a volunteer has some great perks!

Registered attendees contributing as a volunteer will receive:

• An opportunity to connect with other peers and industry professionals
• Food and beverages during your hours of service
• Free Symposium shirt

Local residents, who are not registered for the Symposium, will also receive these great benefits:

• Free one-day registration for every day you volunteer
• See what’s happening in the EMC and SIPI fields
• Free parking pass for the day you volunteer
